You agree to use the platform ethically and in good faith. You retain full ownership of your creative work. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right, including model releases and copyright licensing, to upload and share the content you post on this platform.
You must be at least 16 years of age (or the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register an account. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement.
The upload, sharing, or transmission of hate speech, illegal content, non-consensual explicit material, and copyright-infringing material is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right, under our obligations as an online intermediary, to remove access to offending content via our interface upon receiving a valid legal notice.
You acknowledge that certain platform mechanics, including the STAR system, tipping, and Contests/Arenas, utilize virtual items that have no real-world monetary value outside of the platform's internal tracking systems. We reserve the right to modify or reset gamification scores as needed during the platform's alpha testing phase.
We provide the platform and its tools "as is" and without warranty. We are not liable for disputes between creatives, copyright infringements by users, missed casting opportunities, or technical failures of the platform infrastructure.
